Twinsies Custom Creations is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Nor are we liable for lost packages by USPS or any other carrier. For shipping concerns, please contact your carrier. 

 

If an item/items are returned for a wrong address, insufficient address, return to sender etc. the buyer will be responsible for paying to reship the items. No refunds will be issued.
