When placing your order please send the photo you would like sublimated. Please make sure this is a high-quality picture. Picture won't turn out good if it's blurry.

Orientation can be Landscape or Portrait for the slate. Please add notes in checkout with the way you would like the orientation. 

If you would like a Garden Slate, please be sure to add  names and birth month at checkout in the notes. However you type them in checkout, will be the order we put on Slate. Also, let us know if you want Mimi, Nana, Mom, Grammy, GiGi, etc for the top with Garden.
